coronavirus disease (covid-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus.

Most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without requiring special treatment. Older people and those with underlying medical problems like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, and cancer are more likely to develop serious illnesses.

The best way to prevent and slow down transmission is to be well informed about the COVID-19 virus, the disease it causes, and how it spreads. Protect yourself and others from infection by washing your hands or using an alcohol-based rub frequently and not touching your face.

The COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes, so it's important that you also practice respiratory etiquette (for example, by coughing into a flexed elbow).

To prevent infection and to slow transmission of COVID-19, do the following:

* Wash your hands regularly with soap and water, or clean them with an alcohol-based hand rub.

* Maintain at least 1meter  distance between you and people coughing or sneezing.

* Avoid touching your face.

* Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.

* Stay home if you feel unwell.

* Refrain from smoking and other activities that weaken the lungs.

* Practice physical distancing by avoiding unnecessary travel and staying away from large groups of people.

 SYMPTOMS                          

COVID-19 affects different people in different ways. Most infected people will develop mild to moderate illness and recover without hospitalization.

MOST COMMON SYMPTOMS:

* Fever.

* Dry cough.

* Tiredness.

LESS COMMON SYMPTOMS:

* Aches and pains.

* Sore throat.

* Diarrhea

* Conjunctivitis.

* Headache.

* Loss of taste or smell.

*Discoloration of fingers or toes.

  SERIOUS SYMPTOMS:

* Difficult breathing or shortness of breath.

* Chest pain or pressure.

* Loss of speech or movement.

 BE SAFE

Seek immediate medical attention if you have serious symptoms Always call before visiting your doctor or health facility.

People with mild symptoms who are otherwise healthy should manage their symptoms at home.

On average it takes 5-6 days from when someone is infected with the virus for symptoms to show, however it can take up to 14 days

SIDE EFFECTS:

 The sore arm is pretty common and the soreness comes from the needle, not the actual vaccine. The soreness should go away in about a day or so. As for the side effects of the vaccine, he states that some people have experienced headaches, fatigue, muscle aches, or low-grade fevers.

India started its vaccination drive on January 16 with priority given to all healthcare and frontline workers in the first phase. The second phase started on march 1 where does is being administered to people above the age of 60 and those between 45 and 59 years with specific comorbidities.

WHO CAN TAKE THE COVID VACCINE IN INDIA?

India has started to treat everyone who's 45 aged  from April 1." we're not going to fight out this virus through vaccines and other measures" 

After getting the vaccine the vaccinated victim has to take proper food diet according to doctor order, such as including whole grains, legumes, nuts, variety of fruits and vegetables, amount of eggs, dairy, poultry, and fish, and a small amount of red meat.

 

                    LOCKDOWN

As covid-19 viruses spread all over the world in history for the first time according to WHO announcement the lockdown had been announced on 23rd March 2020, the government of India under prime minister Narendra Modi a nationwide lockdown and after several days he ordered according to the number of phases. As all victims and people had suffered from such a pandemic situation such as (starvation of food, jobs, etc..) and All through the country faced a great loss economically and great loss all over a primary sector and later as cases reduced gradually a lockdown had been opened for all victims throughout the word.
